US shipments: will go out twice a week, typically Tuesday and Friday. Shipping time will average 5 to 7 business days with USPS Priority Mail®.
Canada shipments: will go out twice a week, typically Tuesday and Thursday. Average shipping time is 4-10 business days.
Business Days
Generally, a business day is any day of the week, excluding weekends and public holidays. Whenever we talk about business days, you can consider the days and hours in which banks operate, i.e., 9 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday.
Pricing
Default currency is USD. If you are is in a country where the currency has been enabled, pricing will automatically change to be in that currency. Geolocation is not always 100% accurate and can be incorrect due to customer use of VPNs and other such factors.
SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders take 1 to 5 business days to process. Occasionally an order could take up longer to process. All orders are shipped as soon as possible. All orders are processed in the order received. Once your order is processed / shipped a order completion notification and separate email with tracking information will be emailed to the address provided. Average shipping time is 5 to 7 business days.
Backordered products will take approximately 10 business days before shipping.

REFUND, RETURNS, EXCHANGE CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our return policy is as follows; parts must be returned within 30 days of Shipper Notification of delivery. Any item that has not been installed, modified and is complete, you may return. All Items must be returned in the same condition as they were when they left our facility. Purchaser must facilitate or be willing to take purchased items to a shipping location. All shipping costs and duties, COD charges or signature charges will not be refunded. Returns and Cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All credit card refunds and cancellations are subject to an additional 7% fee.

SHIPPING CLAIMS POLICY
All items are shipped fully insured. Items lost or damaged due to shipper negligence will be replaced at the cost of the shipper. Purchaser must provide evidence immediately after receiving damaged package. Shipping damage must be filed with the shipper before we can exchange or refund an order. Lost Package claims must wait a period of time set by the shipping company before a replacement will be sent.

ORDER CLAIMS POLICY
All order Claims for missing, defective or incorrect items must be made within 10 days of shippers notification of delivery. All claims must include photographs of parts and photographs of the original shipping label with order number printed under shipping address. If it is determined that errors or omissions were the responsibility of Cubic Dollar Off Road, we will ship all missing or incorrect items at our expense.

Promotions and Marketing Statements
For any of our promotions, if we have inadvertently made a typographical error on any coupon or special offer, we reserve the right to suspend redemption or terminate the promotion altogether.
