Important Update: Shipping and Tariffs to the U.S.

To our valued U.S. customers,

We’re writing to provide an important update regarding recent changes to shipping and tariffs for orders to the United States. We want to be as transparent as possible about how these changes may affect your orders, and what we are doing to manage the situation.

Due to new trade policies and tariffs taking effect on Aug. 29, 2025 , particularly those affecting goods that do not qualify as “originating” under the Canada-U.S.-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA). there may be some temporary delays and changes to our shipping processes. We want to reassure you that we are actively working to minimize any disruption to your experience.

What You Need to Know:

  • CUSMA Compliance: All of our products are manufactured to be compliant with the Canada-U.S.-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA). This means your orders should not be subject to the new tariffs. However, as U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) adjusts to new processes and increased scrutiny, we may experience some delays in customs clearance. We appreciate your patience as we navigate this new landscape.
  • Shipping and Processing Delays: As customs procedures and shipping rules evolve, we do anticipate some delays in processing and delivery times. We are closely monitoring every shipment and are in constant communication with our shipping partners to ensure the smoothest possible journey for your order.
  • Our Proactive Efforts:
    • New Fulfillment Solutions: We are in the early stages of establishing fulfillment centers to help expedite processing and shipping times. This is a top priority for us and a significant step toward improving our delivery speed and reducing costs.
    • Enhanced Documentation: We are working diligently to ensure all necessary paperwork, including the CUSMA Certificate of Origin, is complete and accurate for every shipment to help prevent delays at the border.
    • Open Communication: We will continue to update this page with the latest information. If a delay is specific to your order, we will contact you directly via email to provide an updated timeline.

Please bear with us. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, and actively working on the best solutions moving forward, We understand that shipping delays are frustrating, and we thank you for your understanding and continued support during these changes.

US shipments: will go out twice a week, typically Tuesday and Friday. Shipping time will average 5 to 9 business days.

Canada shipments:  will go out twice a week, typically Tuesday and Thursday. Average shipping time is 4-10 business days.

Business Days

Generally, a business day is any day of the week, excluding weekends and public holidays. Whenever we talk about business days, you can consider the days and hours in which banks operate, i.e., 9 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday.

Pricing

Default currency is USD. If you are is in a country where the currency has been enabled, pricing will automatically change to be in that currency. Geolocation is not always 100% accurate and can be incorrect due to customer use of VPNs and other such factors.


ORDER PROCESSING POLICY

Most orders take 1 to 5 business days to process. Occasionally an order could take up longer to process. All orders are shipped as soon as possible. All orders are processed in the order received. Once your order is processed / shipped a order completion notification and separate email with tracking information will be emailed to the address provided.

REFUND, RETURNS, EXCHANGE CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our return policy is as follows; parts must be returned within 30 days of Shipper Notification of delivery. Any item that has not been installed, modified and is complete, you may return. All Items must be returned in the same condition as they were when they left our facility. Purchaser must facilitate or be willing to take purchased items to a shipping location. All shipping costs and duties, COD charges or signature charges will not be refunded. Returns and Cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All credit card refunds and cancellations are subject to an additional 7% fee.

SHIPPING CLAIMS POLICY

All items are shipped fully insured. Items lost or damaged due to shipper negligence will be replaced at the cost of the shipper. Purchaser must provide evidence immediately after receiving damaged package. Shipping damage must be filed with the shipper before we can exchange or refund an order. Lost Package claims must wait a period of time set by the shipping company before a replacement will be sent.

ORDER CLAIMS POLICY

All order Claims for missing, defective or incorrect items must be made within 10 days of shippers notification of delivery. All claims must include photographs of parts and photographs of the original shipping label with order number printed under shipping address. If it is determined that errors or omissions were the responsibility of Cubic Dollar Off Road, we will ship all missing or incorrect items at our expense.

Promotions and Marketing Statements

For any of our promotions, if we have inadvertently made a typographical error on any coupon or special offer, we reserve the right to suspend redemption or terminate the promotion altogether.
